If you have any complaints about the school curriculum or indeed any matters to do with the running of the school, these should be addressed in the first instance to the Headteacher.
The Headteacher will either refer the complaint to the most appropriate member of staff to investigate and resolve, or do so themselves.
Most complaints can be resolved amicably at this stage and we always make every effort to do so.
However, if this is not possible, a complaint can be referred to the Chair of the Governing Body via the Clerk to the Governing Body (Mrs J Davies: email@example.com) or c/o The School Office.
