Arbor - trips and events online payments

All trips, clubs and activities at our school are paid for online using the Arbor app or website. This system makes it easier for parents and carers to pay at any time 24/7 and means we are ‘cash free’.  

We hope you will find Arbor to be a fast and easy way to pay for school trips and events. The leaflet below maybe helpful.

How to activate your account

Activating your Arbor account is quick and easy to do. All you need are the email address the school holds on record for you.  Either:

• Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download Arbor (Android or iPhone). 

• Visit the website: Log in to your School | Arbor

If you are having trouble logging in, it may be because the school does not have your current email address. Please do contact the office if you need further support e.g. if you do not have access to a computer or need to pay using an alternative method.

Making payments and booking clubs

We will notify you by email or letter when new items such as school trips or events are available for payment on Arbor. You will then be able to pay and give consent online for your child to take part in activities. Payments can be made using a credit or debit card.

Arbor is also the system we use for bookings and payment for places at our Early Birds breakfast club. Once you have Arbor account, choose your child’s account and then the Early Birds Club. You can then choose the dates for the sessions you wish to book.

School lunches

Please note that Arbor is NOT used to pay for school lunches. Independent Catering use the sQuid system for these payments. Further information about sQuid can be found at https://www.squidcard.com/support/help
