Current School Policy for Specific Illnesses

Vomiting & Diarrhoea

Pupils will need to stay away from school for 48 hours from the last bout of vomiting or diarrhoea, in order to contain contagious illnesses.

Chicken Pox

Pupils will need to stay away from school until they are no longer contagious. This is when the last blister has dried into a scab, which is usually around 5-7 days after the onset of the rash.
