House Captains 2024 - 2025

School Council 2024-2025

Our School Council is a body of children who represent the views of our pupils to the Senior Leadership Team and the School Governing body. Two children from each Year Group are chosen to represent their year from Year 2 up to Year 6.

School council have already been busy this year, making decisions on behalf of their classes and contributing to SLT meetings:

Voted on national charity for this year: Comic Relief.
Distributed new house point tokens to classes to launch the new behaviour system.
Suggested rewards for housepoints to SLT - majority decision taken for a 'non uniform day' for the winning house.
Voted on local charity for the second charity: Hospice in the Weald.
Encouraged the school to enter a competition to design the inspiration for an emblem for the new school value of 'flourish'. Shortlisted by Mr Dosad, the School Council then chose the winning entry by democratic vote from the final 6.
They are currently busy suggesting ideas for fundraising, which they will then work on pitching to Mr Dosad.
