Parents and Friends Association (PFA)
Welcome!
The Parents and Friends of St. John's School Association (PFA) is made up of parents that are interested and prepared to help with fundraising events.
All parents of children at St. John's are automatically members of our PFA and we would love to see you at our termly evening meetings to help us plan events and activities to raise funds for our children's school.

Minutes & Agendas
Donating
Should you wish to donate to the school, please complete the forms below and follow the respective instructions. Direct transfers to our bank account are preferred, but you can also give us cash or cheque. You can also donate by card payment through Arbor in the School Shop section which is convenient for one-off donations, but note we do lose some money through transactions fees. If you are a UK tax payer, do also fill out the Gift Aid declaration, which allows us to claim 25p back from the government for every £1 you donate - at no extra cost to you!
Please do consider setting up a regular donation - any amount is welcome. If your employer offers them, look into give-as-you-earn and gift-matching options available to you, as these will often increase the amount we receive without any additional cost to you - see Workplace Giving document. Some companies will also donate without you spending a penny, simply as a result of your volunteering at a charity; so if you spent time helping at any of our events - or other charities! - do check this out. For other ways you can support us financially, please see below.

Please find below various affiliate programmes that raise money for the PFA as you spend / shop elsewhere, without any additional cost to you
Easyfundraising
Every time you shop online via easyfundraising at one of the 3,300 retailers including John Lewis, Sainsbury’s and Booking.com, a donation will be made to St. John's PFA, and it won’t cost you an extra penny. It’s really simple to get started: Go to https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/stjspa/. Sign up for free, you can even register via Facebook.
Get shopping – your donations will be collected by easyfundraising and automatically sent to the PFA bank account. It couldn’t be easier!
TW Lotto
TW Lotto is a local lottery with a chance to win up to £25,000 every week! The prizes are their way of putting the fun in fundraising. The real winners are the good causes. From every £1 ticket sold 60p will go to good causes in Tunbridge Wells. To put this in perspective when you play the National Lottery 25% goes to good causes. Even better, you can choose which good cause gets 50p of the 60p (the remaining 10p will be distributed to other local good causes).
