Honesty	Ephesians 4:25 Let us tell our neighbours the truth, for we are all parts of the same body.	To be truthful and transparent in our actions, words, and behaviours.
Empathy	Romans 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.	To be willing to put yourself in someone else's shoes and see things from their point of view.
Flourish	Psalm 1:3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither — whatever they do prospers.	To pursue personal and collective growth and development in all aspects of life in order to thrive holistically, spiritually and academically.
Respect	Matthew 7:12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.	To treat each other, and our property, with consideration and dignity, the way we would want to be treated.
Inclusivity	1 Corinthians 12:12 Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.	To understand that everyone is welcome at St. John’s and that we are all valued.
Courage	Joshua 1:9 Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you.	To confront challenges and embrace risks in the pursuit of knowledge and personal growth.
